Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original NOKWOL shoe box or garment bag and ensure the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
